Community Partnerships

At Sadler Means YWLA, we are proud to be an active part of our local community.

Here are just some of the amazing organizations and individuals we've had the privilage of working with throughout the school year:

The Central Texas Food Bank, in partnership with the Austin Public Health neighborhood Services Unit and Amazon is providing a home delivery program. Participants enrolled in the program will receive a monthly box of shelf-stable groceries, delivered in a contactless method directly to their homes. All groceries and delivery are free or charge.

Eligibility & How to Enroll

This program is open to Travis County residents who are in need of food assistance, have barriers to attending other food distributions, and are at least one of the following:

  • Households with children (ages 0-18) or older adults (age 60 or older)
  • Individuals with a disability, veterans, or active military members

To find out if you are eligible and/or to enroll in the program, contact Rosewood Zaragosa Neighborhood Center at 512-972-6740 Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. - 12 pm.
